Lately at bedtime, Landon asks Alan and I how many kisses each of us wants and how many hugs. We'll each throw out our desired number of kisses and hugs and Landon may or may not counter-offer with his own number. Sometimes, I'll request 7 kisses and 4 hugs or 5 hugs and 9 kisses or another random combination. Somedays, Landon forgoes my request and requests 20 kisses. We count together as we exchange kisses and hugs and then it's Daddy's turn for this "game". I'm loving this ritual now because, sadly, the day will come when Landon will announce he's "too old" for a bedtime kiss or hug and, as a result, I'm banking kisses.
On a side note: Yes, I know it's Friday. Yes, I know I'm 2 weeks overdue for a Fess Up Friday post. But, I have other stuff that I want to blog (and no other time to do it) so Fess Up Friday has been kind of put to the back burner, for now. Sorry!
