Real for Imaginary

The other day Landon and I went to the park. At this park, they have this ittt-bitty table underneath the slide. There's a small hole in the wall of the slide, next to the table. The positioning of this table and hole made for the perfect ice cream shop for Landon.

He brought me over to the hole and went around and underneath the slide. "Would you like some ice cream?," he asked.

"Yes, please."

"Cup or cone?"

"Cone," I replied.

He promptly handed me my imaginary ice cream cone. I asked, "How much do I owe you?" He looked at me a little perplexed through the little hole, so I pursued it a little more. "How much money do I owe you?" No response, so I handed him my imaginary money, "Here's a dollar for you." He looked down at my hand extended into the little hole and promptly stated, "I want real money!"

Thank you, Landon, for always making me laugh!
